Most business coaching goes straight to the tactics. New offer suite, better positioning, stronger marketing. That stuff matters, but in my experience, it rarely sticks when it's built on a shaky foundation.
So we start with you.
The first thing we do is what I call the Human Foundation. We look at who you've become since you started this business, how you've been operating, what you actually want from this work now, and what needs to shift. When the foundation is built on who you are now rather than who you were when you started, everything else gets simpler and more sustainable.
From there we work on the business itself: your body of work, your offers, your positioning, your marketing, and your systems. Not as a curriculum you have to get through but as a bespoke process built around what you actually need.

Before we touch strategy, we get clear on who you are now. That means looking honestly at how you've been operating, the beliefs that have been quietly running the show, and whether the story you're telling yourself about what success should look like is actually yours. A lot of what keeps people stuck isn't tactics, it's identity. It's not knowing who you are in this version of your business, or still running on patterns and mindsets that made sense years ago but don't fit anymore. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
